• Account Information — When you sign in (Google or email magic link), we receive your email address, display name, and avatar to identify you on the platform. We never receive your password.
• Content You Create — Reviews, ratings, and comments you post are stored in our database and are publicly visible.
• Usage Data — We may collect basic, anonymised analytics to understand how people use Plater.
• Notification Tokens — If you opt in to push notifications, we store a device token solely to deliver alerts you've requested.

Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Plater experience:

• Your display name and avatar act as your public identity alongside reviews you write.
• Your email is used exclusively for authentication and for email alerts you have explicitly subscribed to. We do not sell your email or send unsolicited communications.
• Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to identify trends and improve platform features.

Plater is a public platform. Any reviews, ratings, or comments you post will be visible to anyone using the website.

Please do not include personally identifiable information about yourself or others in your public reviews.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Firebase (Google) — Used for authentication, our Firestore database, and push notification delivery.
• Vercel — Used to host and serve the Plater web application.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes.

Your account data is retained for as long as you maintain an active account on Plater. Public reviews you have posted will remain visible unless you request their removal.

You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
